maybe u are a member of their team..who know's but everytime I see u posting something u say how good boxslots is.-.

haha.. NO a Big NO.. I am just a normal Customer Having OpenVZ, Xen servers.

and till now I am having great speeds.. ( Better than my old Rapidspeeds Servers )

And I don't go mad by seeing what rapidleech shows.. I just see if my server actually goes down or not..

it works stable, fast, without any problem or crashing so why should I look at what rapidleech shows ? why see the fluctuation ?

Just open SSH and login and enter "top"

and see the average of load there.. if the average load is high there ( 4-8 ) then u can worry.. but having average of ( 0 - 2 ) is good :)

oh noez, i rar file and i go rawr cuz it go 100% for 10 seconds. refund refund!

you are great.. asking for refund because u did something which showed u load for 10 seconds :O u care about the 10 second load ? why not try to upload ur files in filehosts and see how much time it takes to be uploaded ?

anyways I am not gonna say more because of my username u guyz will think that i am from their staff..

but in actual I swear to GOD I am just a customer.. believe it or not it's up on u.. but I am happy with what I got.
 
@ Those having CPU / RAR Issues :
I guess since they created the vps in a hurry , they didn't have time to optimize them etc.. for maximum performance or are having too many clients per server thus the HDD bottlenecks.

Anyway to be sure , just try raring a 100mb file and see how much time it takes neglecting the load.

He's talking about rar'ing the file and not uploading the file.
uploading files will not hurt ur CPU Load! :facepalm:

yeah I know that man but uploading speed also matters.. some people gets happy by having little fast raring.. but when they start uploading it takes ages to be done and then they say oh filehost is slow.
 
arjay - Do you want support or simply you wana abuse BS? Like Bharat said... go & open a ticket & solve your problems... If you cant login, Reset your password... that function works. There service has improved very much really...

the reason why we bought a semi dedicated server because we rar/unrar files larger than 1gb+

if you are happy enough with your "Little Fast Rarin" then STFU dude because you are already satisfied with their service. If your'e just a customer of boxslots then STFU again! B-) I already submitted ticket and waiting for their snail mail reply. :P

Its really hard to get a refund from boxslots. If any of you guys want a refund, prepare yourself. They even terminated the service first without notice and have yet to refund me lol. Opened another ticket and no goddamn answer for 4 hours.
 
i paid 14.89 plus 2.50 vnc install had the box for 7 days went down for 2+ so only had for 5 days i got 10 £ refund better than nothing but i think if yous do get a refund it will not be for the full amount

ok guys enough is enough :/ i've been waiting too long and still i don't have any of my services started .. i tried contacting via email, tickets, skype .. when are you people going to reply ? :|
