encounter problem in torrentflux for filename not in english character. file did show in directory list but unable to download or rename. no such file error prompted. Any solution to this?

@Tuyo : Thank you for understanding. We have successfully upgraded RAM and Space. Port will be upgraded to 1Gbit tomorrow morning and at present load and speed is normal.
 
This slow speed I'm experiencing isn't normal? I've had files remote uploading from your site for over an hour and they haven't completed. Filesizes are 500mb.

I want to know if this is normal before i request a refund.
 
@adrunkenmess : No this is not normal. We were doing maintenance on the server side and 90 % is completed [ram and space]. Port will be upgraded to 1Gbit within 12 hours so remote upload will become blazing fast.

Reason : We didnt expected this much customers in just 1 day so obviously we need some time to upgrade our servers to provide best quality.
 
@cyberdevil : i think you are on EU server and not the USA one.

P.S : your server is working awesome. try to update your FSO plugin or create a ticket and staff will update the plugin for you.
 
ok bought one. wow support is awesome everything was set up within a minute (Thanks Blacky) and got a custom plan too :) . CPU load is around 2or 3% so thats good. will test the speed.
