Had to Google 'CPanel Install TorrentFlux' and RapidLeecHHost.com's FAQ came up. Perhaps copy/paste that to your site.

Edit3: MegaUpload/FileSonic Download Plugins worked out of the box, had to update FileServe. Trying uploading.
Edit4: MU/FSC worked, there was no FS plugin so I added it. Works great. $3.50/month my god thanks man.

Edit: Submitted ticket regarding TorrentFlux not uploading (very, very sure there are peers to download. Also, transmission and azureus never installed correctly, and I believe something with python didn't aswell.)
