I think it's every Saturday and maybe 7 ~ 10 business days only. On each Saturday it becomes "Completed" and you will receive it on Sunday or Monday.

I don't know. Only Paypal can direct transfer to my country's banks, so I should transfer it to Paypal first. Some websites can do this transfer with 5% ~ 7.5% fees; it can be 3% if you transfer more than 500 USD. By the way, now Paypal also charges 5% fees from BitShare's Paypal payments.

You can withdraw funds to a bank wire in Webmoney's web.

I think you have to put your Payza email.
