You apply for premium member, but in FAQs pages: http://bitshare.com/faq/22.html you said:

For getting money from a download the user downloading the file has to complete the download.
Also the user will be blocked for 250 minutes for beeing counted again.

rules for free member download same premium or not ???

Hi BS, thanks for reply, but i try share to my friend a movie 2 part, he download free and completed but when i check in file manager, it count 1 for part 1, and 0 for part 2. Something wrong ???

You get 1 point for each completed download, provided that the file is bigger than 1 megabyte and the user has not generated more than 3 points in the last hour. You have to own an free or premium account, to gain points.

Your Points can be used for upgrading/extending your current account or creating new ones.
