How so? Looking at all the post you've made on multiple threads you've claimed scam on all of them with different companies without backing up your allegations.

my first 2 requests were paid but my last one was declined. I think because I made an incorrect payment info on BTC filed but I cannot request again because the $50+ that was declined was not returned to my BP account so I still cannot request a new one to fix my problem.

Your money is inside the ID 1427, you have not entered the BTC Wallet ID during payout request. PM me your details and we fix it.

We don't offer our partner program in Raptu/Bitporno anymore, because our users here abuses the hosts as cold storage, backup host with no views and/or for spam usage. Thus the income is below the total service costs, we are forced to close our partner programs.
