We now start banning users that have too much uploads sent, but generated almost no views, they are blocking our encoding and storage systems.

If you upload 1000s of videos a day please stop it is keeping the encoding time 5x longer than it should your making the rest of the service worse than it should be. There is no good reason to upload 1000s of 5mb to 250mb junk videos users that upload good HD videos have to wait to encode your junk 250 to 500 videos while we wait for 1 or 2 HD videos.

Its still okay because the encodings is in queue and and it will complete soon. And im still doing maintenance on servers and move files etc.

3hrs to start 720p :facepalm: please fix this when daily upload limit was 200 or 250 it only took 3 to 5 min to start 720p. Service is amazing just need to fix 720p encoding.
