No sites like ppd.

but here is some list.

uploaded.to - count one first one from whole user ip.
Hugefiles.net - good rate, but they're fixing server issues, t take 2 more days (NO premium, Ads supported)
Billionuploads - low rate, but free user love it.


Bad ppd hosts:
ifile.ws - not more than 30kb download speed for free user.
filefactory - most time show as premium only link.
hotfiles.ws - Lot oof adfly links, user don't click hotfile link anymore then..


any other..?

umb there ppd is crap they dont count every single download i noticed that and told em bye bye

oh yeah queenshare getting paypal from feb
 
Fileparadox- they have raised speed for free users
Ultramegabit- good ppd rates but not all country
Tusfiles- low ppd rates but no file size limit,free users get good speed
Bitshare and freakshare are also good but slow upload speeds

What do you mean proper downloads count?All UMB proper download counts are in the affiliate panel, which is a seperate websit!!!

We don't know in this moment if they are scammers ;) we are waiting for next tuesday from payment if don't pay they are scammers , but in this moment you can't do bad advertising ;)
