Evoboxes.net (have used, awesome speeds, great support, you can ask me any questions you want about this host *used by SCC for seedboxes mainly but I used it for hosting a site and it was great*) They do a lot of unmetered which is always good and for the price you cant beat the space they give
Knowinservers >> VPS service is great, not great on availability but if you get the VPS you want then you will definitely be happy, support is good now that they have hired extra people to help out, speeds are good, and the owner guy is very friendly, oh and prices are AWESOME for unmetered
KnownSRV >> Good support and fast response, I havent personally used them for very long but from the amount of good reviews I hear they are awesome, metered BW so if you know what your bandwidth requirement is then its a great option, plus its the only VPS host I know that allows warez linking and all that and has an option for CPanel
