I bought 1 PRIVATE RDP form AwesomeRDP, in my first day the server was down two times already! and to make the server up I need to contact support via TICKET, because seems like they don't monitoring the server.
THE PROBLEM IS AWESOME RDP STAFF HAVE TOO MANY HOLIDAY SCHEDULE, YOU NEED TO WAIT VERY VERY LONG TIME (NOT HOURS BUT DAYS) BEFORE YOUR TICKET GET REPLIED.
16 APRIL 2019 my RDP server down again, and it takes 2 days util my ticket got replied! It's mean my RDP server was down for 2 days already.
AWESOME RDP IS THE WORST RDP PROVIDER I EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE! BAD SUPPORT AND BAD SERVER.
If you guys looking for RDP, I very recommended to buy from another provider!
