I use one with plans Awesome and i'm very happy.
I have only one question, if i want downloads some files from my rdp on my home computer, how i can connect via ftp with my rdp? I know that its noob question, but i need it. Anyone can write me ?
 
took over 2 hours to activate my account

hello I hired an awesome service and I have been over 5 hours waiting to be activated in order to use it but I do not activate it and that I have already paid the only thing I ask is that I activated my account and quiet to work just ask that, I leave here my ticket invoice number. please activate my account

For ftp just open a ticket, support staff will send you details.

very bad service

hdd broke and I drove me directly dieros explanations of service and will probably ban for many days no reason not advise anyone this rdp'm looking for a new one if anyone can advise me thanks and this really bad rdp

May be you didn't understand, but you are Banned , because of Encoding in a non-Encoding plan.
It was clearly written Encoding not allowed in your plan.
Just because you bought one RDP doesn't mean you can do whatever you want.
I sent you the screenshots also for your encoding.
 
Can I've a demo for Extreme Encode 100
