17 hours ago the service was offline.
Online Support told me he could not fix it and I opened a ticket. And he immediately disconnected.
Well... I open a ticket.
Now, After 17 hours I get home I try to connect and the service does not work. Online support offline.
Ticket? Not...

Yes, offline for 6 hours, for now.
And a new one: support "online" does not answer.
I Use this service from June 2012.
Always had little problems and poor support
But always was online and could use.
This ceased to be so when started 2013.
This service became an obstacle...

I pay for the service to work correctly, do not pay for the service not work 7 days and then you compensate me.

There will be no data loss e.t.c, the promised compensation will be added to your accounts, if you can't see the compensation you can open a support ticket by requesting additional days.
We have sent Mass Mail on 26th itself but some of the users not received mails...
