They null routed the IP due to a DDOS Attack. I have informed them about the situation and they have told us that the server is up but it's not up still. They have closed the ticket after we told them that the server is still down. I have informed them once again about it. I haven't received any word about the situation from Sameer either unfortunately.

We do have external backups for all our customers. Currently we are working to fix this issue.

We have bought a new server and are installing cpanel at the moment. We will add the accounts from the remote server to the new server.

The new server is much more powerful.

Last week i buy a domain and hosting from aquickhost.com. but i can use my hosting only one day properly.

still 3 day it goes down . even i cant access their web site.
Even i cant log in to my cpanel

Aquickhost claims to have DDOS protection and now none of the hosted sites is up. Please rectify this problem asap as I am losing much investors and visitors. If this problem persists, I am sorry to say that I have to move out to a different host and ask for a refund.

Less than a month. But recently, I started to advertise my site and look at it now all the advertising has gone to the waste; visitors will visit a down site.

my hosting less then 2 week but in this server i put a site template whis is developed by me , and this take time over 3 weeks . i have no backup . all my time is wasted.

Yes, the new server has hardware DDoS protection measure. And we also are implementing sotware level DDoS protection through Litespeed
