It's not a minor problem for me too and I'm certainly not happy with this downtime, but this guy has such a good support record and this is likely the result of the move to the new server in Lithuania less than 2 days a go, so I suggest we give him a break, first 2-3 days of a new server are always problematic

If it's still fluctuating the day after tomorrow then it's not ok.

@steve - Yes, I do agree that this host has been showing a lot of downtime lately. But since I am on vacations, I'm not taking it seriously lol. If things are not set straight on or before the 19th, well then, I guess I'll ask for a refund and move on to a new host.

Knowinservers not directly involved, this is due the lack of security their customers have. There are more IP ranges involved that don't belong to them.

They attacked several of our customers too with ddos attacks in the past, search on the forum. All ips are in use by knowinservers and it are not their customers. Good luck, if there is anything we can do for you just scream.
