Any FileHost Left which Paying at PayPal?

I am a filehost reseller and used to sell via PayPal, and they froze my account
However filehosts still have a future, they can still sell via e-currencies, however I managed to find a loop hole and am still in the business, no paypal of course, but credit cards? yeah its still possible.
Also what paypal has been doing is EVIL! They let people do filehost business, but when they are about to withdraw the largest amount, they freeze the accounts.

we are paying to our uploaders and never scam any one

you can test it and request payout ( currently just 5$ ) if you didnt receive your payment you can say that
