They should of put you in the allow list if they are using CSF, if they have not request for them to do so, it takes only seconds to ad. why did they not do it before? :S
Why would he post that here? Open a support ticket and I m sure they will fix the issue. I doubt much is going to happen when you cry to WJ and not to them.
Firstly, please create a support ticket if you have not done so already.
Secondly i will explain, For security reasons we cannot add you to the allow list even if you are a client.
If you are using filezilla multi-thread then you are probably getting IP banned b/c of too many connections, try lowering the limit or just not using it.
If you are uploading multiple files, just zip them! Then unzip on server! Faster and easier.

oh sorry, wasnt upset or anything, or complaining, just that my365host is quite popular around here so, just wondered if anyone had a similar issue, yes i open support tickets when i need help n good response, and no i dont enter any passwords incorrect because I use flashfxp
