I just tested his service.He helped me very kindly support.As he said hotfile uploading speeds are amazing.As for other filehosts that I have tested below are statistics.

fileserve.com=>1.5-2MB/sec (both FileZilla FTP client & zoom's file uploader)
megashares.com=>2-2.8MB/sec (zooms file uploader)
hotfile=>amazing! reached 11MB/sec (FileZilla FTP client)

Could you give me a 2 day test of the same VPS? located in France?
I'm not going to be using it for downloading, its only for a game server :)

This is the best speed ever in all vps orders here in Wjunction, because most of sellers are overselling, we didn't do that and will not :)
 
I've been using the trial from 24 hours now, Been great! (Using 1GB ram-Windows VPS -France)
I love the latencies I get and the speeds are good too! (Will be a paid member as soon as the trial ends, so this ain't a fake review if you think :P)

I can recommend this guy to anyone who wants a great windows vps :)
