Still does not exist a real file server. Since the deleted megaupload all went bad way.
Real hoster should have this (minimum):

For unregistered users:
- Upload file is deleted after 48 hours since the last Download
- Unregistered user has the download speed 400 Kbits/Sec

For registrd users:
- Upload file is deleted after 1 month since the last Download
- Place in HD 500GB
- Registred user has the download speed 400 Kbits/Sec
- Money sent to PayPal, Payza (necessarily this opcion)
- PPD as it once had fileserve.com
- There is an option for remote upload, FTP

Register User:
- Upload file is never deleted
- Unlimited HD Place
- Premium user has the download speed unlimited Kbits/Sec
- Money sent to PayPal, Payza (necessarily this opcion)
- PPD as it once had fileserve.com
- There is an option for remote upload, FTP

Week shall be paid earned money (for example every Tuesday).
You can send money to your PayPal,Payza account when gathered 20$

Thanks to Adultking. That file lockers were stable before the StopFileLockers campaign.

Without Paypal File lockers are not stable anymore. Results: More restrictions for downloaders to force premium purchases, payment delays, downtimes, premium plans more expensive, uploaders changing hosts every week (downloader leave your site), small file lockers scamming people.
