Hey Guys . Is Alertpay Accpecting " Master And Visa Card " Payments Now ??? As Its Down from last 5 6 months.. ?

I have registered my credit card on alertpay but when i tried to validate it i got " credit card validation coming soon, please try again later" i m from India. I want to add fund in my e-wallet from my card. :-(

Furthermore, my country is not accepted,
to approve my bank account
How to receive so why alertpay?
