Confirm, my server is down for a few days. They said it'll be repaired within 48 hours, but now it's passed 72h and i haven't any answers from them. This is second big failure since two months, so i probably change rdp provider.

I cormfirmed.
The same thing.
Allways they were telling me to wait 24 hours, 48 hours, 24, 48 etc.

Please provide me with you account we had a hardware failure which we have to resolve
with help of DC and it took much longer than expected. All the effected node are online
and are properly working.

All the affected clients are being provided with the 14 days extension to their services and
if you require refund please open a support ticket with your request or provide me with your
account details via PM so that I can solve your specific issue if it unrelated to the affected
node.

All order are processed within 24 to 48hours sometimes it takes upto 48hours
as we might need to deploy new nodes to maintain stability of the node and due
to reaching maximum number of users.

BJ was designing a custom site for us and we have not heard or received any replies to our emails for the past 1.5 week...
 
Probably it's time to change rdp provider... over 2 weeks without answers on my tickets...

2 weeks? I will change soon. This is not normal nor acceptable.

Please let me know your ticket ids as currently due to this provider
issue we have lots of tickets in queue and we are trying out level best
to cope with them as our main prorirty is to fix the issue with the cage
and get the services online.

Please PM your ticket so that I can get your matters resolved asap.

P.S: support ticket might be a bit slow as we are working on getting the
servers online and dealing with unusually high no of ticket at the moment.

When will be the RDP online again? This is a nightmare. All my work stopped since 4 days, I'm losing money.
