Even admin don`t know this information.. honestly i`m not so happy with this service.. yesterday i have a little chat with support.. and we have deal to move my account to other working server.. and they gave me promise to do this max for 6 hrs... today i wake up and after 16 hrs still not moved and noting from support.. Admin THIS IS NOT THE WAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS.

so 0ccul7 even if he told you after 1 day this mean nothing because maybe he lie.. or will give you promise which will be not real like in my case. He is even lazy to write here in forum...

I have opened a ticket, Ticket #668757, asking for my refund. Since your network went down the day I paid for it, I expect a full refund on this. Please make the process quick and less troublesome.

I have already deployed Active and feel very good team. I have very good help Recommended for those who do use it. Although now use video conversion. But it also works the next. rate 8/10

Idle time is 4-5 days depending on the product that I have been unavailable. And inefficient in its use. Another team has delayed my support rdp idle for a period of 24 hours makes my job losses.

We have migrated most of the server to Netherlands location and after that their has been no major
issue just customer specific issue has been reported which include software installation, migrations
etc.

@crewockeez

Regarding service not being available I am not aware of any such issue. By it you mean server being
out of stock that is because all the available RDP for yor specific package might not be available untill
we get new server. Also we have no stock in Germany as of now.

Regarding your support issue I believe your problem was promptly solved within 24hour it was a result of an abuser
who has been terminated from our server. You should not face any furhter issue I apologize for any inconviniece.

I have now been resolved by the staff and have already canceled paypal dispute narrator. For anyone interested, I suggest you order rdp has very good speed if not satisfied with the staff willing to move to a new server, the better. But I want to have more teams. To take care of our customers better than this.
 
slow speed upload network 1Gbps insufficient. don't support to me 2 day.

Aheade don't support me 48 hour. rdp shutdown and remote frequent. unhappy aheadcloud

Hello,

7 days i don't have server.
The server is down for me.
Return my money.
I will search for another rdp.

Confirm, my server is down for a few days. They said it'll be repaired within 48 hours, but now it's passed 72h and i haven't any answers from them. This is second big failure since two months, so i probably change rdp provider.
