I bought a half years hosting, but was often "error code 508" and 4 to 5 November "account suspended" about 12 hours. Support does not respond e-mail and not write in this topic.
Okay, i switched to another hosting and now everyone happy. :sun:

It's about the principle, not about the number of $. You either have a stable service, or you don't. You can't have a service that's fine & then all of sudden people get "account suspended" messages whilst logging in and/or e-mails from Shineservers about going off quota.

Even now, you evade answering what the deal with Shineservers was. I can only surmise from that that you don't want your clients to know. And I can only speculate as to what happened (as I already have, at length previously).

But fair enough.

But don't you go on and say as if we're untruthful (cf. the post above for good measure).

(As far as the "Indians" comment - well... you only have to check Xerver's unofficial thread to see peoples' anger. Granted, I overreacted, but odd shit like this only solidifies the stereotype.)

PS: I'm very happy with the service otherwise, in fact, after this Shineservers thing it's even faster which I wouldn't exactly expect from my particular package. I just wish I could have stability all the time.

Or, if that fails, that some issue is explained in detail but not evaded altogether.

Okay the thing regarding shineservers email was, the email was sent due to some technical fault. They have developed a custom script, which was running perfectly well in testing servers. Once the script went live, there was a scenario which never encountered in testing, encountered in production servers and the email regarding quota was circulated.

My apologies for the inconvenience caused. If still someone needs refunds, we are ready to refund them.

I am with 9TO5Host from past 1 week, compared to my previous host I observer the following advantages
Page Load Speed : lightning fast
Ping time : blazing fast
up time : 100%
stability (in terms of website down times) : Pretty stable (no down time)

all in all, much satisfied with 9TO5Host.com services. Keep up the good work guys.

AGAIN can't access neither one's site nor the host's web site. Both have resource limits reached Error. Please deal with this Shineservers situation already and don't do this %¤%#".
