I bought a half years hosting, but was often "error code 508" and 4 to 5 November "account suspended" about 12 hours. Support does not respond e-mail and not write in this topic.
Okay, i switched to another hosting and now everyone happy. :sun:

Even now, you evade answering what the deal with Shineservers was. I can only surmise from that that you don't want your clients to know. And I can only speculate as to what happened (as I already have, at length previously).

But don't you go on and say as if we're untruthful (cf. the post above for good measure).
(As far as the "Indians" comment - well... you only have to check Xerver's unofficial thread to see peoples' anger. Granted, I overreacted, but odd shit like this only solidifies the stereotype.)
PS: I'm very happy with the service otherwise, in fact, after this Shineservers thing it's even faster which I wouldn't exactly expect from my particular package. I just wish I could have stability all the time.
