It isn't resolved.
1) I can access my site from home PC, but NOT from server (FF on server says "server not found.")
2) I've lost 2 days of work on the site, posts, comments, etc. are all gone. Whilst Softalicious backup for yesterday is there, manual backup import does not work (tried).
3) It's all fine that you're happy to extend however I'm getting spammed with invoice overdue notices for a PAID invoice I paid 3 days ago.
To summarize: nothing is in any way OK atm.
With this shit, you've already lost me be possible business as not-anywhere-yet posts I planned aren't such now.
The IP you gave above is the same IP in Cloudfare settings. I do not understand your implication. (And, can't disable Cloudfare. It just stays "on," even if I click on it to disable.)
