9to5 has servers with Shineservers. I have a $1 account with them. Had some problems with the site and FTP down for periods ranging 10 minutes to 1 hour. Then support whitelisted my IP and since then it worked fine.

I guess Shineservers have to work on it. We all know the problems and attitude of Shine servers from previous threads.

You get what you pay for.

guys, after migration it was a problem with IP. We have found the issue and resolved it. Server was never down.
IP is being propagated. Please allow it, a 'little' time, all your websites will be up.

we are ready to pay the damages by extending 5 days of hosting to your actual due date.

It isn't resolved.

1) I can access my site from home PC, but NOT from server (FF on server says "server not found.")

2) I've lost 2 days of work on the site, posts, comments, etc. are all gone. Whilst Softalicious backup for yesterday is there, manual backup import does not work (tried).

3) It's all fine that you're happy to extend however I'm getting spammed with invoice overdue notices for a PAID invoice I paid 3 days ago.

To summarize: nothing is in any way OK atm.

With this shit, you've already lost me be possible business as not-anywhere-yet posts I planned aren't such now.


The IP you gave above is the same IP in Cloudfare settings. I do not understand your implication. (And, can't disable Cloudfare. It just stays "on," even if I click on it to disable.)

4. Answer my ticket about the full refund. You're Indian, and for my convenience, you're in Delhi. I can go to extreme measures if needed. I wouldn't even have to do this if my database hadn't been wiped but now it is.

Hate to agree with you, but so it is :P

As for cheap, higher prices packages are a clear overkill at least for me. Hell, I don't even fill the quota of this one. That doesn't mean I have to be treated as shit.

I have assigned one guy to look at your issue. I am pretty much sure that your DB isn't wiped.

That's funny because when I signed up, their old website had their office address set to Delhi, India. You can ask the forementioned "Kevin" if you like.

Ok, so I take it if I see my site from my home PC as functional (both wp-admin & site as such), it means it fully works, but just has major DNS troubles atm?

So I can go ahead and add posts that disappeared meanwhile, right?
