hello frzr. your vps has been activated. it was not activated instantly because your paypal name and the registered name was not the same and in this case we check orders manually. we had lot of orders payed with stolen paypal accounts and we investigate all suspicious payments.

Thanks 5gbps but vps its to slow. HDD its to loaded, i send a ticket for a refund.
Pd. I only join to desktop and CPU usage was more than 35% xD.
 
hello again spanky30. probably the node you are on is overloaded (or flooded). a guy from our technical staff will take care of your ticket and will give you a quick response about this.
 
5Gbps, so in ticket you tell me dont gonna refund me? because that is not on your terms? so, if vps its slow and its overloaded, its my problem? come on bro, just refund me, i cant work in that vps.

First of all, we offer instant setup once payment is confirmed.
Once your payment was confirmed, the VPS was activated instantly.
We can't refund, only if you met all conditions described in our TOS you accepted when you ordered the VPS.
The VPS is as described in our offer, downtime is 0% and packet loss is 0%, so no refund can be given.

Additionally: We tried to help you via tickets, but you deny our help asking for a refund without reason. We explained you that we can't refund only if your VPS has real problems described in our TOS. What do you really mean with "slow" ? It's a very general word.
 
hello again spanky30. sure it's a problem and we tried to help you. there can be various reasons causing your problem. that's why we kindly asked you to let us check what exactly happens. your problem is solvable for sure and we didn't refused to help you. we just can't refund for a verbal, unfounded reason like "my vps is slow, please refund".
