if they pay my old balance i start work with them

They won't pay old balance coz you need register again, they don't have old database.

yes extabit is back & they are running from new there used to be best in this market but now they are nothing i m having good terms with good webmasters i m having good terms with those who having good terms with filehosts support but what benefit nothing its all about hardwork and smart work

Hmm, I've often thought about making a filehost where I'm the only uploader and everyone else can only download. I would only need it for 400 users max and 2TB storage. Acquiring a payment processor and having to submit paperwork is one of the only things stopping me.

your server location maters allot. have your servers (dedicated) in France or Netherlands.you willnot be bothered with dcms takedown notices and website takedown.go for dedicated servers in ovh or leaseweb(netherlands) or softlayer
