Q: How long does it take for my server to get setup?
A: Your server will be provisioned within 24 hours or less. Generally between 12 - 24 hours depending on hardware which is available.

Q: Do you own your own Hardware?
A: 123Dedi currently uses a blend of both owned hardware and rented Hardware from the data center

Q: How long have you been in business?

@iobit - All servers provided by 123Dedi come with an 1Gbit connection as standard this does include full use of the 1Gbps connection within your bandwidth limitations.

We do provide windows on all of our dedicated servers, this option has not been implemented, we'll be doing this shortly. In the mean time here is the options we offer:

Operating system Windows: Windows 2008 Web R2 +15 Euro and Windows 2008 Standard R2 +25 Euro

If you would require this please make a note during the order and we'll add it onto your server for you before deployment.

Options for windows operating system was added into our system last night. Sorry for the delay updating Wjunction members.

Bandwidth billing

I have a maybe newbie question about Bandwidth billing:

if it's 10TB/month actual usage (not 95pctile), If I had 2 servers (one is backup of the other), does the traffic between the 2 counted towards that 10TB bandwidth usage? even these 2 servers are probably next to each other sharing the same network switch. Or bandwidth only counted when traffic in/out of the Data Center?
 
how much is the interconnect?

thanks, how much is the interconnect for the private IP? is it 1Gbit or 10Gbit switch? on your website order form, I don't seem to see the billing for Bandwidth over 10TB/month. What's that billing rate?

All racks are connected to a 10Gbit switch as standard, to interconnect servers it would cost an additional 23Euro P/M.

As for bandwidth pricing please contact our sales team directly:
