@methad0ne - We coded a script in-house by one of our team members which is taking an old IP from /etc/hosts and new ip from ifconfig, then changing the IPs at httpd.conf, nginx.conf, named zone files etc. It was mass executed on all virtual servers and worked on standard configurations. For other who didn't have the "average" setup we've processed this manually.


@Dj Ice - your HTTPD has been fixed and we put your website to out Pingdom account for further monitoring by ourselves - please stick to your ticket you have open for further support.

Hello Storming

It has been several days when my site was constantly down. Now I see the invoiced bill without changes, as if all was well. You promised that you will recognize something. I do not see anything.

Everything back to normal , all sites are online and so fast too
all errors disappear and plugins works fine again

i know you take longer to fix it and sort everything out
but u did it anyway , Thanks for all ur support
 
Well... I must be the only person around here without any complains..
I got my vps back online the next day of the 123dedi step in...
I dont feel any change from old knownsrv..
And thanks Krun!x for updating my ns ips and prompt support!
 
Trust me guys they have put alot of time in everything , and they are constantly responding to all of queries by clients

Our main website was under DDoS attack thats correct.

We've moved it onto a separate network to ensure it won't affect the clients - but its stopped now anyways :)

All services are available to order.

Look out for XEN Virtualization coming soon, also winodws will be supported :)

We can't just "ignore" DMCA no matter what any other provider says ;)
Sure it can be done.. but we'd get hit hard.

So if there is a legitimate DMCA request we'll forward it to you and you have 24 hours to comply with the notice which i think is fair:)
