Lawl, not at 1.20 GHZ single cpu, id get at least a 2.4 ghz qaud core, you might be lucky enough to run 2 vps containers on a 1.20 ghz celeron

Probably cant get 3 or more VPS's on it.

The server would be really slow with just 1 normal based website.
For a VPS node you need ATLEAST a Quad core server (AMD x4 or Core2Quad etc) with a mininum of 4GB ram (Depends how many VPS's you want and the resources for each)
