1&1 have a zero tolerance for anything warez. Not only is their support awful (Indian call center), they'll terminate your servers without a second thought if you have anything remotely related to warez.

However, I think that it's the owner of the server who decides what is allowed or not, not the reseller. I won't take his word if I were you.

Now let me get this straight .... (example Single Core).

1&1 charges you US$49 per month and you give 20 dollars discount to the customer.

1&1 gives you 80 dollars in commission ... that would mean that after only 4 months your profit is gone, but 1&1 still charges you US$49 .... how can you keep charging only US$29 after the four months ...?

Fishy. I bet these prices are only for the first month.

Furthermore, people outside the US and Canada cannot order on their own name.
