First of all Site takes a little to load. Second You already have adverts when site is hardly used. Third You are using google ad's. And Shoutbox dosent really look good on phpBB Skin is overused but still will always look good good you made your own logo looks ok But get rid of the donate...

Sorry to bash on the topic but i thought i would let you know and there is also a way of creating loads of VB.ORG accounts with just one licence thats why they are cheap.
