The lowdown of my situation:
Lost all customer data and server data due to a virus killing my hard drive. Had to get a new one which is why i disappeared for a while.

Most would disagree with you.
You're basically the only constantly problematic customer we've got. To be honest with you, your mass emails just make replying to you unbearable. You never wait for a reply, you just spam like an impatient child.

Netguy, if you've got a problem, at least send us an email so we can look into it. What do you mean by Network_error?
Well seemingly you're the only one having problems with that. Need i remind you that we don't offer managed servers? It's down to you to install cPanel etc. If you want us to do it, don't be surprised if we don't do it straight away, we've got other customers to setup and configure.
