i keep getting "Fatal error: Out of memory blah blah" and CPanel is always down.. sometime is up for like 2 hours..

is it just me or cpanel down again? Edit: nevermind its working now..

Im getting Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. And on cpanel "[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]" now on my host?? anyone having same issue??
