Hello @RobertXL , Recent files may be missing because we had to restore from backup, due to the ongoing cPanel security issue. Unfortunately, FileQ was also affected by this cPanel-related infection.

Free users still get download speeds of 2 MB/s to 4 MB/s. For better performance, they can use IDM. Registered users get speeds of 3 MB/s to 6 MB/s.
