As you probably already know, we were down for the last 12 hours due to system and security upgrades.
Therefore, we have added 24 hours of premium for everyone who had an active premium from the beginning of the upgrades.

Can you make so that people who get the "ERROR: link expired. Please unlock the file again" message doesn't get put on the 180 minute waiting time? It's really rude and hurts my reputation a bit
 
When the payments will be done? My payment is pending for 8 days!!! And I want to do new one payout but I cant cause the other is still pending. You already have a pending payment request! Its horrible!!! :facepalm:

best to change "down for 30mins" to to something longer if it will be longer - thnx - Managing expectations is 90% of customer service.

Generally tho I'm more than happy with my nitroflare account. thank you

Can you make setting about this subject. 10-15 ip ideal.
Also didnt received password message or warning messeage by nitroflare. Did you remove warning message?

i agree , but very often down times !! please find a solution to be able to upgrade the servers without having to Down the whole service !! people buy your service , they trust you , they don't want to see down down times again and again ! this way we uploaders may think of more mirrors , which is not suitable for both us & you !
