Thanks For Review Mate Regarding Slow of Some time its Just Because We Take regular Backup.
 
I just did a chat with them

From few days we have noticed that some of websites are not loading good , even server load is too high to handle but unfortunately today our primary hard disk has been crashed . So it is requested to please wait for few hours so that we can replace the crashed hard disk with the new one . Your sites are secured as well your backup's so no need to worry about it .

Just to Notify You all that our team is working continuously to fix this issue. We Know two days Down time is too much but Some Issues take longer than others but we'll be adding 10 days compensation for this downtime .

May i ask, Do you keep your company site on your shared server ? its been offline the entire time as well

You know the smart thing to do would keep it on its own dedicated server for security & uptime reasons.
 
there main site is down as well. btw total how many days its been down? do they have any SLA agreement on compensation? if yes then they are in big trouble.
 
Host was down a few hrs on saturday and then all day sunday this is not a good sign I say this host might not be around in a month just have to wait and see
 
I was told there was a hardware problem looks like Serverboost does nothing on the weekends if there is a major problem and they will not work on it on the weekend might be time to leave
 
I can tell you we have no known hardware issues on our side and we do work 7 days a week, also hardware replacement for customers with an SLA.
If there's a problem with Shineservers, you can best contact them for information or an update.

I cannot talk on behalf of them.
