For RL I do not know, but If you want to setup transmission instead of RuTorrent it can be easily changed in /etc/transmission-daemon/settings.json (There might be a way to change rutorrent's port aswell but no idea how)

There might be a conflict if rutrorrent and RL are using the same port, try to put either of them on another port than 80 (5555 for instance)
