It is very frustrating for an upload host to be like this all the time. It has been like this more than 2 months now. I can't seems to upload my new files to the server like this. I have another 5-6TB of data to upload to keep my earning from dropping. I earn like $300+ a day from wupload before, now I am earning in 100s. Not only that, the download speed from most of the servers are extremely slow even from premium user.

This problem has not only decrease my earnings but a drop in my website's traffic from over 70k+ people to about 40k. Even if you guys have a higher pay rate than filesonic, you guys would not be able to compensate the drops in traffic. Until you guys have a stable connection for both upload and download. In the mean time, I am not going to upload new files to wupload instead I will be using Filesonic.

Forget about the promo, and fix the problem. You guys have to get your servers stable for upload and have a better download connection for premium users and free user.

Hey, jason!

As I had mentioned above - we are awaiting a hardware upgrade which will smooth out the speeds on download, as well as add much greater stability to FTP!

I'm sorry for the frustration - but it will require a little patience! :)

Today, when i login to my account, i realize all of 9k files were deleted, how could this happen?, Were they deleted by user? or by system, give me a explain, thanks!

when i logout and login again, it said "Unexpected error during process Authentication: - No user found with such email"

It's ban? right? i can't believe it :(

these is no request button the payment we be received Automatically
 
internal sever error when trying to RU... if i'd get a dollar for every time something related to uploading isn't working i'd be rich by now...
 
Sigh...unfortunate day today. Just when you've got new good stuff to upload then FTP and RU from my RL wouldnt work. Man I hope this will be resolve soon. Willy like what most of us would request from you is that for your team to focus more on the quality of service to your affiliates and moreover to your downloaders.

No matter how big or extravagant a promo is, if you cannot upload files on time or cannot upload at all it'll be useless. Same goes for slow download speeds. Just my two cents.
 
now ftp is dead as well. i think i have shown an incredible amount of patience. i don't mind a problem every now and then... BUT EVERY SINGLE DAY.

the improvements we were promised weeks ago are barely noticable - if at all. then comes the next promo and everything goes to shit again.

so, mr. wupload. what i need is a reliable host. can you deliver or not? if not please say so, so i can move on. tired of having people complain about dl speeds and those bloody upload problems all the time
 
Wupload FTP sucks big time...... :@

with my NL RDP i used to say my uploadstation and fileserve sucks but now i would have to say WUPLOAD FTP SUCKS big time :@
