Hi willy!
Today, when i login to my account, i realize all of 9k files were deleted, how could this happen?, Were they deleted by user? or by system, give me a explain, thanks!

when i logout and login again, it said "Unexpected error during process Authentication: - No user found with such email"
It's ban? right? i can't believe it

FTP was working fine few hrs ago , now its down again

I ran a test on FTP and was getting 2.5 MB/s - FTP isn't "down", but some are facing issues with it!
We are awaiting a hardware upgrade which, once installed, will have the connection issues smoothed out for a better FTP experience
Sorry for the frustration - but it will require a bit of patience!

MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ACCOUNT HAS A UNIQUE (not used on any other accounts you have) and SECURE (combination of letters, numbers & symbols - no words from the dictionary) PASSWORD AND SET UP A SECURITY QUESTION (which is NOT the same as the question and is NOT the same as your password)!
I can't stress this enough - 99.9% of the accounts which get hacked have LOW SECURITY passwords and NO security questions!

About that, Antivirus software is useful and I mean genuine software.
It might cost you 30$ but it will save you your earnings.

Hello mate. The Files are processing for morethan 5 mins.
And Yes. i can delete all files with Delete All Completed/Error Files. But not the selected ones.

counts for at least 50% of the missing. 500 dl youth during these hours should have been normally.

The reason you cannot delete the selected ones in your account at the moment is because they are finished uploading and are processing - there is a bit of a lag, but with some patience they'll move!
