Strange, mine was working all day but now I get this

Upload to fileserve of *****.rar failed. Reason: ERROR - malformedUploading failed. Retrying then it says it has uploaded but has changed the name but not uploaded. Is this caused by the plugin?

EDIT: Yes it is

Yes Mate This is a problem with the sBorg plugin. If you need please open a support ticket and we will setup your sBorg to use FTP to upload to FS until the plugin is fixed :)

Speeds are pretty bad, i just got myself one of these last night and i am thinking of getting a refund as the speeds are nothing like what they should be

I start a torrent and this just sits like this for ages:

Then when im downloading from fileserve while is meant to be "fast" it is taken 20 minutes to download 12% of a 600mb file.

Please open a support ticket and we will sort out your issue,and provide you with the best possible speeds.As you can see other clients and we are getting quite good speeds.We will look into your issue if you open a ticket.If you still feel that our service is not upto the mark,we will provide you a refund.
 
You are on our NL 2gbit Server,so you will get good download speeds from RS and FSC.If you want to test our server speeds please try downloading from RS (which gives 25mbps+ speeds easily)

Your issue is fixed.It was just minor server error caused due to a user misconfiguring his sBorg.
 
Got Shifted to NL server by requesting the support and download speeds like never before..Here is a snapshot:

FSC and WU FTP upload is giving me 20mbps+speeds
RS: around 15mbps
FS and US around 4-8mbps,but its understandable as its a NL server

Can You tell me what are the differences between US servers and NL?
Why they're having different connection speeds and the same prices?

Hello Mate the difference in port speeds is due to the fact that they are located in different parts of the world with varying server costs, Whereas US servers are slightly overprices as compared to NL ones which have better specifications.
