@ riki1691: Not the first time you write in here regarding transfer? :) Tomorrow @ 6-7AM EST your money will have been transferred and you can click for Payout.

Well, it's been 1 year and 2 weeks since going premium with Fileserve and I have this to say:

- the file manager has always been SLOW! SLOW! SLOW!
- uploads take forever to process. Very annoying!
- JDownloader doesn't like Fileserve folder links
- Fileserve still blocks Hong Kong and UK ISPs still block Fileserve. $39.99 per year VPN does the trick.
- Always pay on time! Thank you and kudos.
- respectable download speed (not outstanding but very good) even for a demanding person like me and my PCCW gigabit broadband. Thank you and kudos.
- very efficient tech support however you guys are not very tolerable to customers' making mistakes. There are no room for second chance.
- The odd file gets deleted once in a while but the percentage is very low. Kudos on that.
- your affiliate rates are behind the times. Maybe a rate review soon? :)

That's all I can remember on the top of my head. Next review in 365 days. I still have 2 years left in my premium membership so hopefully there will be noticeable improvements by then. Overall, this is still a very good service and keep up the good work please!

Cheers,

@ iTwins: Working on the file manager for quicker speeds. Even for users with a heavy folder with TBs of data in it.

For the uploads on Remote, FTP and Webupload...Improvements should be seen this week. Wait for hardware deployment tomorrow and I think we can get this edited out of your review ;)

And we always recommend our own manager, Fileserve Manager ;)

so can u tell me is there any issue in new uploading system
which u changed few days ago

I use FileServe since it was launched. I hope you will make something good for such users because in recent time FS became a bit worse than FSC, WU and UploadStation...

regards

Remote upload doesn't work either. It's not just web-upload.

I tried to remote a few links from rapidshare, and they disappear immediatly. They won't even go to pending....

Whats going on with that too?

EDIT

Sorry, just noticed that FS still doesn't support remote upload from the new RS links format of "https://"

@ cvrle77 & Arvendu: So someone needs to decompile it so it can work with it. Shouldn't this be a client issue rather than an issue we should sort? (knowing Windows ZOOM works)

@ BS: Are all links in HTTPS format now?

@ BS: Are all links in HTTPS format now?

some are, some aren't. Depends on the way the links were originally uploaded to RS. If we fetch links from RS manager, etc, all links are https. If we just upload through sBorg (for example) the result is http ....

But RS has had this link format for quite a few months now, and it would be nice if your remote upload plugin for RS links would also support https, instead of only http.

Hi Ricky, my premium expires on sunday I tried to pay it with paypal but i can't cause it requires payment from card via paypal and i don't have funds on card. I am able to pay it two days after my account expires. Will all my files above 500GB of storage be removed? I have 500gb-1tb data.

@ BS: Cannot remove the "s" from it? Also HTTPS is known for giving only a single connection, which means downloading is much slower.

@ ArthonaD87: I see earnings being normal. So counting is the issue?

@ seraphim: You will have a few days before it gets deleted. Please see one of our resellers for a quick fix to this issue.

When it's one or two links, removing the "s" is fine..... But when it's a lot of links, it's not all that good.....

And since currently web-upload isn't working through sBorg (there is still no update or fix for the changes made by FS), I have to fetch the uploaded links from my RS filemanager, and they are all https......

Please see if your techs can include that option too, to support both http and https. ;)

If you have a lot of https links, simply copy them, paste them into notepad. Go to "edit" on notepad and select "replace". In the "find what" box put in "https" and choose replace with "http". Select "replace all" and it'll change them all to http for you in a few seconds.
