I made a ticket before about this,it says india when it should say ireland.

i mean before i am using ur service at the moment.

There is no trial offer at present. But if you are not satisfied you will get your money back as per our terms, so please don't worry about it.

Yes we do have reseller discounts for bulk VPS orders. Can you please PM me about how many VPS you need, etc

You have paid the full amount for 6 months. So you will get another 6 months free. (total 12 months)

If you wanted to get the discount on your initial invoice you should have waited like other members here for us to provide the discount on the first invoice. We never refund 50% or something like that. Ask all other members here who have used our VPS :)

If you don't like this you can request a cancellation and take back the entire money. But please note that there is no more slot left for the 50% offer (it is more than overfull). So you won't get the 50% offer anymore. Sorry for the confusion
 
in my opinion : this service is very good in quality and support. Im willing to buy your service anytime I think about hosting. thank you so much and keep your service running
 
I normally hate to do this but it has to be done.

I need my ticket at least replied to, so I know if I need to do anything or if I'm able to proceed with my setup.

Actually we are busy with too many new orders (much more than expected). So making new servers ready....:P

No promotions for now, but all new customers get a free domain when ordering for something more than $20
