WTF! is happening? my VPS damn slow... try to look the DL speed

Well, last year I decide to signup for web hosting with Webthosting.com so I got a 3 years plan.
Months later, they changed the company name (or sold, whatever) to AxisNext and turned all my sites down without explanation, and simply ignored all my tickets and emails for months.
They don't even let me get my backup.
After months complaining, sending emails and tickets, they reactivated my account and apologize for what they did, saying that was a migrating problem and bla bla bla.
I asked to get my money back, but they don't want to, so I decide to stay and complete the 2 years left, to not lose my money.
The nightmare was just beginning. My sites are always offline or TOO SLOW, the tickets takes 3 or 4 days to be reply, if I have LUCK to get a reply.
Yesterday they turned down my server (ats4.axisnext.com) again, without explanation again, and are ignoring all my tickets and emails, as usual.
This company is stealing money from people all over the world.
If you don't want to get caught by this scammers, don't buy ANYTHING from them.
If you do, they will turn down all services without say anything, and you'll lose your sites, cause they don't let you get your backup.
They have servers in some countries, but they are from India. Third world countries don't give a shit for the laws, so they do whatever they want to do, and we can't do NOTHING do them, or to protect our rights.

i sent netdirekt a email if they could turn it back on to get my backup
done a paypal claim as it looks hes done a runner as he not been on 3days and i suggest everyone does it
unless netdirekt germany having a issue as anyone else got a netdirekt vps germany from a different provider that can tell us if yours is up or down

I also wonder another thing, 72Gb ram node - 1Gbit connection - 512Mb ram plans - No one else wondering how many VPS per node? Maybe like..100? Just comes to my mind when I see the plans, not blaming you for anything AxisNet A.K.A WebThosting. I do hope that you get your backups.
I just can't think how many people per node though, oh and you were saying "you gotta pay for quality" Rahul? I wonder what kind of quality you provide in 3$
Yes my VPS is also down and no answer from tickets. Thank heavens i have a full cpanel backup stored remotely so will have to find something else to get my sites back and running. If anyone can help out on this and restore using my cpanel backup that would be great.

72 / 0.5 = 144 * 5 = $720 / month. Only? While I don't know ND/LW pricing I doubt it's enough to pay the server fees(including IP space).
It'd the best case though, and CPU / drives would be heavy loaded at 50-60(or even less?) virtual servers considering what WJ people do on these cheap servers(rapidleech, torrents and so on).
