That is because the IP was previously used by someone else to get a cPanel license.
However you can get a 15-day trial from the cPanel website. Unfortunately we are unable to provide help on this since we don't deal with any licenses and we also don't promise any customer to give trial licenses. You would have to pay for a cPanel license if you want to use it.
You will have to purchase a cPanel license for using cPanel. cPanel license costs $13/month
You can also use Kloxo for free.
There is a comma between them. It is not stated "1 Gbps unmetered from $3". It is written "1 Gbps Unmetered, From $3" which means that plans start from $3 and that 1 Gbps unmetered plans are also available. Different tags are separated by a comma.

Am from Kolkata. And I remember the whois address of webthosting when axisnext didnt exist. Now axisnext too has the same address. I think you guys are the same.

I want to get the VPL 2 plan for the sBorg uploading tool. From what i've read it will need 512 MB to 4 GB ram, and 1~2 processor cores and CentOS 5. Should plan 2 be enough?
As i'm new to this thing, i don't own a domain yet so how to i fill this part?
