There was problem with the LiveZilla Server that is why the Chats were getting disconnected and it occurred with few Clients and we always tried to help you and as I have asked Vickot he himself told me that he have Invited You to Chat after that Disconnected but you never bothered come back to chat again.

BTW I am extremely sorry for what happen.

Guys i am badly sorry for the recent error occured with service, well i have moved bigger packages clients to 100TB Server and support is back now , Once again sorry.

Basic package of rapidleech clients will be moved too soon at new server!

You can't blame me if I post my (drama) here. Support takes 1-2 days to reply and now I got another problem

You moved my account to a new server (that's nice) but the problem become worse I can't transload fileserve and filesonic links now :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

and now I sent another ticket and I have to wait for 2 days again to get a reply and be fixed?
 
Still I'm unable to login in my RDP, no response to my support ticket, nor here.
What I'm supposed to think?
If I'm going to lose money for more than 24 hours its financially justified for me to buy another RDP. So please let me know how long my RDP will be offline.
 
Hi I've request the cancellation of my account more thatn 2 weeks ago but it is still activate...can you kindly delete it ? Thanks
 
dude y there are 6 person on Server 217.172.180.48 including me not cool dude when u you said 4 person on each sever its not like u upgrade or anything

There are only 4 users , rest one is demo account and one test standard user account for testing features for clients, as administrator everything works but not as a standard user!

According to my knowledge, none of the server is down or something like that, seems like you touched your rapidleech files, please make a ticket at client area, we will reinstall the script and it will be fine :)
