Yes your security system has drastically been improved.

We have found out the cause , the hacker was using MYSQL injection to get in Clientarea, due to him kowing the MYSQL user pass.

We have changed the MYSQL user and put in a strong password. Added extra layer of protection to the admin area.

We will promise you improved security and stability.

Our cpanel license is working well, you are using the old server probably which has its license expired,

Please check your ticket for reply.

wrestledld, that email is old, that email was sent when the hacker broke in the clientarea. Sorry for that, the hacker is just a kid for emailing that way.
