Fileserve crooks and gangsters
I'm a user like many we pay a premium to fileserve account
my surprise was discovering that fileserve has misled me like many

I am a total indefension and they do what they want.


only that have stolen me my money
I'll post all the social networks and in all international forums the truth of this company of usurers and swindlers
enough of abuse!

Sorry to hear that buddy, but this is not first complaint about file hosts. Problem about them is that they grow relatively fast, and they don't hire enough people who will deal with such problems like: stolen accounts, fraud purchases, account sharing, etc. So they just suspend accounts automatically, and that states in their terms of service.

That means, even if someone stole your account, you can't get it back. :(
 
We should ask filehosts to implement the "last login IP" or "logged IPs" function like Megaupload, Rapidshare and Gmail.
Or even restrict allowed IPs that can use my account.
 
Fileserve are faggots and are used by uploaders with the only purpose of cashwhoring.
Ban fileserve from warez forums while you can. I already banned it from mine.

Oh, also I can't download as a free user :@

Its been suggested numerous times via Ricky, apparently they don't want to listen. While they are aware of hacking techniques like stuffing cookies to get premium site sales, they just play dumb when it comes to innocent users who've been victimized by hackers. Go figure :P

I dont understand you? Someone hacked your account and it is somehow fileserve's fault? YOU are supposed to protect your account, its not fileserve's responsibility to do it for you.
 
I'm not saying that you have security
What is not understood is that users pay do not have option to recover our passworld within the duration of
our payment
 
I only know... that I pay for 6 months and without knowing it after 2 months do not work me and I was sure that I do not blame anything
 
Have you even bothered to read their TOS? it states .. in big bold lettering

FileServe will not be liable in any respect for lost, stolen or misdirected Member Content, for any failure to secure or protect Member Content and/or for failure use the File Manager features properly. You should keep copies of all Member Content submitted to the Site. You understand and agree that FileServe is not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for your inability to utilize the Services including, but not limited to, the File Manager features.
 
Everyday, I see many free file host accounts in many website. Fileserve Filesonic Orion Wupload Duckload etc. There are username+password stuff cookies stuff. The username+password is not easy to guess so I think it should come from key logger.

You are not the first and not alone. Anyway, Sorry for your lost.

can read the TOS?
If they do not give explanations and you do not really know qhe happens with your account

they do what they want
do not think in the innocent user
enable restore account
 
I don't know how they tricked you but they did trick me too by buying a premium from them.

I bought it and the speeds were ridiculously slow from the very start my download speed was 15 kbs with premium and without premium was 800 kbs i was amazed i sent an email to their support and they emailed me back very fast and the wrote that i was sharing my account i told them i didn't because it was the first time i was using it.
after a while they replied back saying that if i was in USA my speed would have been a lot faster because they are more concentrated on USA a lot more than in Europe.
i sent another email asking them to refund me they didn't reply or refund me.

Luckily i bought a one month premium from them thank god i didn't buy the 6 months one i would have been so screwed.
And i don't want to make a big deal out of this but this is unfair and i told a lot of friends that were going to almost buy premium from fileserve luckily they didn't because i stopped them.
Fileserve is screwing people but on a minimum level like from 10 people they always screw with 3 of them.

But filesonic is awesome as the new filehost the speeds are great the upload speed is also fantastic.
I am planning to buy a 6 months premium next time on filesonic.
 
I barely could understand two words of what you just said.

It's your fault for letting yourself being hacked or sharing your account or whatever.
 
There's a ton of websites devoted to password stealing. And they get passes not because users have weak passwords which Fileserve is pointing out. Most of the time they get their way through other means, its not 100% users fault.
