Flooding?

I only get this error message when I report a spam topic.

I believe the report still goes through even with the error, but just wanted to make sure.

All it does is say flood on a blank page. But I'm pretty sure the report still goes through.

Confirm?

I believe that, but I highly doubt that is the problem because this happens every single time I submit a report, and I do that frequently here for the spammers, etc..

Unless every single time I hit, someone does the same thing -.-

Yea, Ill bring this up.
I believe it's to prevent posts from being mass deleted (ie, if a Moderators account was compromised), although it's affecting other things

You can just wait for a few minutes and it will work.
I had it also,I went to another page,browsed for a few minutes and afterwards it worked.
I think the vbulletin mod does a test whether you posted 60 seconds or more ago.
