I upload files via their webpage with "web upload".
It is almost complete but after 100% nothing happens.
And I have to cancel after waiting hours, because nothing would happen.
And my files aren't there.

Are you uploading to wupload with 27.7 MB/s?
I have 1.2 MB/s upload speed but I can upload only with 300kbyte/sec.
How do you do that?

can change it so free user upload files is not deleted after 30 days if the files are still being download everyday
if not i have to reupload the files again after 30days (waste of bandwidth if you ask me)

Wupload in its first days, free download speed was very fast in the same region .

guys i was having same problem..wrote to willy..his reply was..

Hey, valentine,
With the FTP issue - we are working right now on this...

Until we get it ironed out, the best time to use FTP is between 8H & 16H (CEST) (our server time), which is when there is the least traffic.

We are growing at a PHENOMENAL rate, and are doing our best to keep up with the traffic.

people he is doing everything because of many downloads and uploads everything is slowly but he is adding more servers every time so everything will be ok after servers will be added a lot
