Is there a significant difference between installing Sborg on Linux vs on Windows? (speed wise)
Upload/download speed on windows is a bit slower compared to linux. By linux, i mean Centos 5.6

sBorg v5.2 update 11 [free update]

sBorg v5.211 fixes some minor bugs with index and setup page. Along with that, it adds option to add custom transmission port to setup page (if you are running transmission torrent client on a non-default port). Along with that, it has all the previous updates, so if you missed an update, this will fix it.

This is a free update so you can just run update.php and update your sBorg 5.2xx to the latest version.

Warning: Those with custom index.php, please note that sBorg will replace your custom index.php with the default updated one with the patch.

Enjoy using sBorg.
 
Hello Somik,is it ok the filesonic upload/download speed?What is better,sborg hosting in Germany or USA?
I will be a new user,so i need for example - Plan E, 10 GB space, 1000 GB bandwidth, $10.00 per month (free setup) & 2 install tickets $10.00 ($5.00 per install)?Or just Plan E?
 
sborg doesn't upload files from a folder inside a folder ?

I mean , I downloaded "Discovery Episode Collection" ,it had 4 seasons in separate folders (each season in one folder), and in each folder there were avi files present.

I tried "upload from folder" (Main folder ) and all files got deleted without being uploaded :(

Germany is better for filesonic upload & download. All you need is to order plan E. Price of install ticket is included in the total price.



Dumb question I know but are Premium accounts included or do we have to add our own when getting a sBorg official hosting plan?
You have to have your own premium account or a rapidgen.net API access to download from filehosts.



How to upgrade my sborg for 1 more month
Depends on where you are hosted. If you are on a personal server, just buy install tickets to upgrade. If you are hosted by any sborg provider, ask them.

No, sBorg cant upload from folder inside folder. If you had added the folder path in setup, you can choose the individual seasons folder seperately from sBorg's "upload from folder" under "user folder".



look in advanced and make sure delete after upload or something is unchecked
Yep, keep this unchecked if you want to keep the main files even after upload.

Support email Issues

Due to some technical problems on our server, emails sent to support at sborg dot us were not being checked. I’ve just fixed this, and our emailing system should be back online. I apologize to those of you who have sent emails to the above mentioned email address and did not recieve any reply. We’ll be double checking our emails from now on so everything should be fine.
