i have a dedicated server there 64.191.15.69

and that is not a VPS or a dedicated server

Why would you buy a dedicated server from another server provider when you're selling dedicated server on your own website doesn't make no sense. The only thing I can say here is Karma I remember a thread about your site rapidleechhosting.net being opened by one of your clients wanting a refund you wouldn't refunded them even though you offered 15 days moneyback on your website all I can say wish you the best of luck now you know how your client felt about his money when you didn't want to refund him.
 
File and dispute in Paypal and show them screen shots that if the RL doesn't work it's in their TOS that they will refund your money. Also take screen shots for proof that the RL is down for some days now.

mate i have more then 35 dedicated server
in more then 7 dc

but sir as you see i always test new server from other data center
 
Eddie seems to have a bit of a history, this is not the first time a hosting company of his has been called a scam, namely he used to run a hosting company (Not a real company i might add) called 'Hostparlor.com' which is now defunct, this too had scam warning posted (e.g. http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=640017 And http://www.namepros.com/warnings-and-alerts/390135-hostparlor-beware.html

According the namepros post he has run 3 other hosts not including host parlor, all of which are now defunct...

List of his hosts
Host Parlor (defunct)
Hosterschill (defunct)
InterCore (Seems defunct, no proof suggesting its not defunct)
The Cayman Host (Seems defunct, no proof suggesting its not defunct)
Technihost (Still Running)

If i had to make an educated Guess i would say this host is going the same as the other 4, e.g. will be a defunct as its all hitting the fan soon enough.

Also This Burstnet Post (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showpost.php?p=7402450&postcount=7) Should explain the downtime assuming you where on his burstnet servers, e.g. Burstnet suspended there servers becuase he owes them money. If you are not on his burst net server althought this does not explain the situation, if he does not pay invoices to once provider whats the chances he pays invoices to the others.

Burstnet Explanation:
Okay. I just had an interesting conversation with Eddie (Carl) Keyton. I offered him the chance to clean this up however he wished, but he decided he'd rather let me post everything here.

So, this begins back in Feb. 2009 with (Carl) Eddie's first account with us. He ordered a FREE MONTH Server, and then neglected to either cancel or pay for the service, so he has been in debt to us since then.

Then Carl opened a new account with us A MONTH LATER. He ordered ANOTHER free month server, and -- surprise -- let it lapse without canceling or paying.

Now, we go forward ANOTHER MONTH and Carl's partner Kirk Ladd joins in and tries to order ANOTHER FREE SERVER! We catch this one and cancel it, but he tries again the next day. We cancel that.

Move forward to Jan. 2011 where Kirk signs up again and tried to order a server again. We deny him

Move forward to last month, where Carl signed up again, and decided to go for broke and ordered over 30 free month servers. Of those, 15 have already been canceled (He doesn't seem to know how to retain a client).

After my conversation with him in a technihost live chat, and upon this full review of his history with us, we decided to invoke our right to suspend all services until we can clear up this overdue invoice, multiple accounts and free month server abuse.

I do not believe he is taking this part well at all.

Suffice to say, BurstNET is not the cause of the problem, as (Carl) Eddie states, but how he chooses to do business.

Burstnet prematurely shut down our servers, because one of our clients didn't pay there bill and we canceled there server. Burst then shut everyone of our servers off. 146 servers we had. They even shut down our server that we payed 3 months in advanced for. Techni Host is not going anywhere just because of Bursts actions. We may be at the low end right now but we will still proceed to come back to the top. We apologize to everyone over and over again about what has happened. We talked with a few of you people "not naming you" but we offered you a refund, our exact statements where people are doing chargebacks thus taking our paypal amounts really low. We will make the money up to you and pay you your money back within a few weeks. What do you do? Start paypal chargebacks which then just causes more issues. We offered to provide the refunds, i know this can be and IS very aggravating, we will make this right with the customers that have lost out. Its just a matter of time. As for them other web hosting company's that "I EDDIE KEYTON OWNED" I didn't own any of them, i worked for them but "NEVER OWNED THEM". i advertised them for the owners, the owners then sold out.

I will write an official "Whats Going On" thread in our blog, located at http://blog.technihost.com tonight when im done working with some people.

I beg to differ..your history explains why and many people are angry dating back to 2007.

If what you say is true then show ALL of us the invoices from BurstNET portal showing you paid for the servers. Because, like the few of us here know that BurstNET had "free" monthly servers which you didn't pay a dime for. You just hoped that clients paid for their server and when they didn't you canceled the server. However, you canceled after the fact it was already too late as you know BurstNET policies on late reminders.

~I had 99999999 servers from Softlayer and I started 100TB.com and then sold it to eming for $2.00 - You must believe me!

^ See what I did there? PROOF buddy. You have a history so I can question your statements.

Those screenshots don’t prove much, as you covered all the numbers, all they show is you paid something to Burst over the last two months, but not that you 'had' 146 servers paid for, especially considering some of the amounts in the above screens look like $18.75 which certainly wouldent pay for a server, Equally burst issues with you seem to be from 2009....

According to the burst message they suspended you because:
1. You owe them money from Feb. 2009
2. You owe them money from March 2009
3. Multiple accounts and free month server abuse.

Burst are not the only provider which has claimed in the WHT topic that you took a 1 month free server and never cancelled or paid for it after that.....

i beg to dis-agree all the people who said that this host is a scam? if it is scam.. why my site still alive hosted at this host? i got a VPS from them.. and they still help me right away.when i have some problem....

Hey Delboy, did you read the whole post? i was charging my customers $15.00 to $20.00 the first month. $18.75 was right in that range. And who cares if i am getting the first month free and charging them full price the first month? Thats the perks of reselling, you can charge whatever you want. People don't "resell" to not make any money. Its called business and making money.

I have been banned from wht for almost 6 years because of multiple names. I had a friend signup on his computer and we where on the same network and they deemed it to be "multiple names".

I also, how did you guys put it "beg to differ"? That i owe burstnet money since 2009. Did they show some kind of proof that i owe them money since 2009? Did they show proof that it was me that signed up to there services in 2009? In fact they do nothing to prove that its actually the same person. You can signup to there services using a fake name very easily, so it could have been anybody that signed up under my name. The fact that burst canceled all of my servers is true, the reason they did it is in fact immoral and unfair.

If i was a "scam" host, would i even be here wasting my time talking to you guys trying to get everything figured out? Wasting my time taking screen shots? Remember you called me a "scam" host, why would a "scam" host still be here defending there-selves. Wouldn't a scam host just simply change there domain name, change there name, go to a different forum and start "scamming" again? Nah im still here, under the same name, under the same domain, still running web hosting services and not you or anyone else is going to stop me. Why aren't you going to stop me? Because, where there is a will there is a way and i guarantee you look back in a year and the domain will still be here " www.technihost.com " will still be alive and running, offering services.

I was not querying what you customers pay you, the payment showed as to burst net, in your screen and now your saying your customers pay you $18.75 while you got the first month free, so you paid nothing to burst?

So the screenshots you just posted are fakes? or am i missing something??

Sorry thats a ridiculous explaination, do you think we are stupid? if you had said your freind was at your house and signed up that may have made some sence but come on they dont just say Oh My god, we have two customers using Virgin Media lets ban them, they so must be the same person, their is no chance virgin media would have more than one customer!!!

Well Firstly If you had '146 servers paid for' at burst i doubt they would suspend you over a few hundred dollars owed, secondly they cannot provide proof otherwise they would potentually be breaking the law as the proof would potentually include your private information, the reason why i believe them over you, is quite simple.

THEY = Registered US Company, Well Known etc
YOU = LINKED TO 4 Previous Scam Hosts, even if you did not run them which you have privided nothing to backup, you where still working for them a fact you have admitted.

Equally Burst are not the only provider which has claimed in the WHT topic that you took a 1 month free server and never cancelled or paid for it after that.....

If it was lies why would other providers backup what burst say???

Good Luck, i do hope you do Prove me wrong, treat your customers well, and refund people like a good host, and be here in 10 years time, i have been proven wrong in the past But not very often.

I have also read this on other forums, but will post it here as well. Although you should have read their ToS clearly, something should be worked out here. It is not always a benefit to the customer, but an agreement should be made between both parties, in my own honest opinion.
